This is the most open and vulnerable I have ever been about my life specifically in the last few years. Creating this blog has been something that I wanted to do for a long time and has been a creative outlet for me to heal through many things in my life. One thing I want you to know is by no means do I have it all figured out and I don't have all the answers and will never claim to because what works for me may not work for you. What I can tell you though is that I continue to grow through what I go through. It's been a hell of a few years...
So here it goes...this is my journey that I chose to share with you, I will share many topics from healing through divorce, infidelity, finding myself again, excelling in my career, being a mom, friend, and learning to love again, and so much more...and most importantly remembering to breathe often. My purpose of this blog is to teach others to have hope through difficult times, to enjoy the journey along the way and YES it will all end up being ok and so will YOU!
